DIN 11864 and DIN 11853 Aseptic Screwed Union

Developed by the German hygienic industry, the DIN 11864 and DIN 11853 Aseptic Screwed Union from VTY factory is a stainless steel fitting series for the aseptic, chemical and pharmaceutical industry. DIN 11864 Unions have long ends while Din 11853 Unions have short ends. The design of the aseptic threaded joint can ensure that the O-ring part is inserted into the O-ring fixed collar connection to avoid squeezing, ensuring that the components are connected in a smooth, gap-free and O-ring connection to reduce residue retention and effectively improve production efficiency and reduce cleaning time. 

A complete aseptic screwed union from VTY consists of a Male part, a Liner, an O-ring and a Nut. These Aseptic Screwed Unions are for secure but detachable connections.

What is DIN 11864 and DIN 11853 Aseptic Screwed Union?

Developed by the German hygienic industry, the DIN 11864 and DIN 11853 are aseptic screwed unions designed for stainless steel piping systems requiring sterile, residue-free connections — widely used in pharmaceutical, biotech, chemical and high-purity food processing.

Key difference

DIN 11864 → long ends, ideal for permanent aseptic piping systems with high mechanical robustness.

DIN 11853 → short ends, suitable for compact installations.
