TianYue Fluid Equipment Optimizes Flow Control with New Sanitary Butterfly Valve Series

TianYue Fluid Equipment has expanded its product portfolio with the launch of an advanced Sanitary Butterfly Valve, engineered specifically for throttling and on/off control in hygienic pipelines. The new model combines compact design with robust performance to reduce operational costs for dairy, brewery, and cosmetic manufacturers.

Unlike standard industrial valves, the Sanitary Butterfly Valve from TianYue Fluid Equipment features a leak-free, maintenance-friendly design. The valve is equipped with an FDA-approved EPDM or PTFE seat liner, ensuring a tight shut-off even under vacuum conditions. The disc and stem are manufactured as a one-piece design to eliminate crevices, preventing product entrapment.

Key specifications include a maximum working pressure of 145 PSI (10 bar) and a temperature range of 14°F to 248°F (-10°C to 120°C). The valve body is traceable with laser-engraved heat numbers, ensuring full material compliance for strict audit trails.

"We have redesigned our Sanitary Butterfly Valve to provide 30% lower torque requirements, which extends the life of pneumatic actuators and reduces energy consumption," added the product manager at TianYue Fluid Equipment. "The valves also feature an ISO 5211 mounting pad, making them universally compatible with all major actuation brands."

TianYue Fluid Equipment is now accepting pre-orders for the valve in sizes ranging from 1 inch to 8 inches.
