The Sanitary Check Valve from TianYue Fluid Equipment operates without the need for external power. It utilizes a spring-assisted or gravity-based disc mechanism that opens instantly with forward flow and closes positively with reverse flow. The valve features a tri-clamp connection for easy integration into existing skids. Its unique design includes a visual position indicator, allowing operators to verify valve status without disassembly.

Constructed entirely from AISI 316L stainless steel with a raised polished surface, the check valve meets 3A and ASME BPE standards. The cracking pressure is precisely calibrated at 0.2 to 0.5 bar, ensuring sensitive media can pass through without resistance while maintaining strict closure.
