Rotary Spray Ball

The Rotary Spray Ball from VTY is a tank-cleaning device designed to deliver full internal coverage during CIP (Clean-in-Place) processes. These balls use the pressure and flow of the cleaning solution to cause the ball to rotate.

They allow for a cascading effect while cleaning the inside of vessels. This effect helps to nudge any soil load and ensures that all areas of a tank have been hit with cleaners and sanitizers. Rotating spray balls generally provide more thorough coverage than static spray balls.

How Rotary Spray Balls Work?

When CIP fluid enters the cleaning device:

Internal turbine or gear system is activated

Spray head rotates in controlled speed

High-impact jets hit tank surfaces

Full internal coverage is achieved
