The sanitary Union Type Check Valve from VTY factory is the sanitary check valve of 2 pcs splitted design with spring structure and assembled by union. They are designed to prevent fluid backflow and ensure that it flows only in one direction. A Union Type Check Valve operates automatically using a spring-loaded valve disc.
When the upstream pressure exceeds the valve opening pressure, the valve opens and allows fluid to pass through the pipeline. Once the flow stops or reverse pressure occurs, the spring immediately forces the valve disc back into the closed position.
