The Liquid Cooling 3 Piece Ball Valve is used for material transportation. The application range of this valve includes the food, beverage, pharmaceutical, chemical industries, as well as the liquid cooling and new energy sectors. Its full-bore design does not create any fluid resistance, making it the best choice for handling viscous fluids or fluids with particles.
A sphere with a circular passage serves as the opening and closing element; the sphere rotates with the valve stem to achieve the opening and closing action. Rotating the sphere 90° with the valve stem can fully open or close the valve. It is suitable for situations requiring the valve to have a fully linear design in order to reduce pipeline turbulence and pressure drop. For important processing applications where minimizing product residue is critical, a fully encapsulated valve seat can also be optionally selected.
