Sanitary Single Hinged Clamp

The VTY factory offers the Sanitary Single Hinged Clamp in sizes from 1/2" to 10" (with custom larger sizes available). Made from 304 or 316L stainless steel, these heavy-duty clamps compress two tapered ferrules and a gasket to form a superior, leak-free hygienic union perfect for FDA and biotech applications. The convenient wing nut design allows for quick, tool-free assembly and frequent line checks. For an optimal seal without over-compressing the gasket or stripping the threads, we recommend tightening the clamp by hand, followed by a maximum of two additional turns with a screwdriver.
